APPROVED BY THE SECRETARY OF THE COMMONWEALTH ON: July 9, 2003 Pursuant
to Act 151 of 2002 Effective July 1, 2003, all Notary Applicants for an initial
commission or reappointment must complete a pre-approved three hour notary
public education course within the six months prior to appointment or
reappointment The course
we have prepared is interactive and makes learning fun and effective
and meets or exceeds all course curriculum criteria established by the
Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is approved by that office. Our course provides the applicant with pertinent information relative to performing the functions of a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. There is a self-test section to assist the applicant in reviewing the information they have just read. Once the applicant has completed this course; the applicant may obtain the required Certificate of Completion by printing it out from this website (subsequently to be submitted via U.S. Mail along with your Notary Public Application) . If you have already submitted an
APPLICATION
to us, then just mail the original Certificate Of Completion to Atlantic Bonding Company,

then just attach your original Certificate Of Completion to your application and mail
them both to Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. @ 1735 Market Street, Suite

you do not have an APPLICATION,
please contact our office @ 1-800-588-9688 or 215-925-6260 to request us to send
you our “Information Form” which will begin the process of obtaining your
application and subsequent notary appointment OR instead of
calling, you can request that our
“Information Form” be fax’d or mailed to you via our e-mail address:
info@atlanticbonding.com. Once
Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. receives both your application and your Certificate
Of Completion, we will forward them at the appropriate time to the Department of
State, Bureau of Elections, Commissions and Legislation,
Notary Division. You will be notified by us through the mail when this occurs. Atlantic
Bonding Co.'s approved Notary Public course instructors are available to answer
your questions from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding

READ THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING: The
State approved notary course that follows, published by Atlantic Bonding
Company, Inc., is offered free of charge as a courtesy to it's customers.
Any person participating in this State approved notary course who subsequently
applies to become a Pennsylvania Notary Public through a company other than
Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. agrees to pay Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. a
"course fee" of $29.95 for the providing of this course and its'
required Certificate of Completion. IN ADDITION --- Please note that you do not have to enter this website through the "Submit" button below EVERY TIME you access this site. If you desire a Certificate Of Completion then be sure to enter your name and date and click on the "Submit" button to obtain the necessary Certificate of Completion. site is designed to assist Notary Publics with on-line information for the
notary public to access whenever a question arises throughout the course of
their commission term. The answer
sheet to the self-test section provided in this
"course" must be printed out and submitted to Atlantic Bonding
Company, Inc. along with your Senator endorsed Application and signed
Certificate of Completion. You must answer a minimum of 75% correctly
on the self-test in order for Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. to be able to
forward your Certificate of Completion along with your application to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for their review. You are encouraged to access this site
